Heal Your Skin with Red Light Therapy

We’ve talked a lot about the anti-aging benefits that red light therapy can provide for your skin— but the truth is it can heal a whole host of other skin issues as well. Your skin is vitally important. It’s the largest organ of the body, it’s your first line of defense against harmful bacteria and viruses, and it protects you against the sun’s harmful rays. But on top of all that, it also plays a huge role in your self-esteem and confidence. Anyone who’s had skin issues knows this all too well. At Avanti Body in Vacaville, CA, we care about the health of your skin. If you’re looking for an effective treatment for skin issues, we can help!

Acne

Studies have shown red and near-infrared light to be effective for treating acne. Red light therapy works below the surface of your skin on a cellular level, repairing tissue—unlike creams and face washes. Red light affects the production of a substance called sebum, which contributes to the production of acne. It also controls cytokines, which are proteins produced by the cells that are responsible for the skin inflammation and redness associated with bad acne. Red light therapy has been shown to be effective in reducing scarring associated with acne, as well. If your acne is caused by a chronic skin condition, red light therapy might be the right treatment option for you.

Psoriasis

Psoriasis is an immune-mediated skin disorder that is characterized by bumpy, red patches covered with white scales. These patches can grow anywhere on the body, but are most common on the scalp, elbows, knees, and lower back. While there isn’t a cure for psoriasis yet, you can find some relief with the right combination of treatments. Red light therapy is one tool you can use for finding psoriasis relief. Of course, before trying any new treatments, it’s best to consult with your physician first.

Other Skin Conditions

In addition to all these skin issues red light therapy can help to treat, it can also help with:

  • Scarring
  • Inflammation
  • Redness
  • Cold Sores

To sum it all up, red light therapy is a safe, effective, natural treatment for skin issues — from wrinkles and general rejuvenation to acne and healing injuries and scars. 5 Reasons to Try Red Light Therapy

If you’re new to red and near-infrared light therapy, you may be wondering if it’s right for you. At Avanti Body in Vacaville, CA, we have seen that red light therapy has the healing potential to help everyone. To help you understand more about how it could be beneficial to you on your journey to better health, here are 5 reasons to try red light therapy today:

1. It has anti-aging benefits.

Red light is one of the most effective anti-aging therapies on the market. Unlike anti-aging creams, it works by stimulating the mitochondria in your cells and promoting collagen production. In other words, it works from the inside out. Here are some of the anti-aging results you can experience with red light therapy:

  • Smooths skin tone
  • Reduces wrinkles
  • Moisturizes the skin
  • Prevents hair loss & stimulates regrowth
  • Aids the healing process of skin blemishes
  • Repairs sun damage
  • Reduces redness, flushing, and broken capillaries
  • Helps fade scars and stretch marks
  • Creates a healthy overall glow

2. It can help with fat loss.

Red light therapy has the power to change your life and help you shrink stubborn fat. But don’t just take our word for it. Read this amazing testimonial by one of our customers. And if you need even more encouragement, check out these other testimonials from satisfied customers

3. It can improve pain and inflammation.

Research suggests that red and near-infrared light are highly effective in treating chronic inflammation by suppressing and dramatically reducing inflammation throughout the body. Red light helps in decreasing inflammation where mitochondria are present in the tissue, joints and other organs of the body. A 2017 study showed that photobiomodulation, or red and near-infrared light therapy, has the ability to reduce inflammation, particularly in disorders of the joints, traumatic injuries, lung disorders, and in the brain.

4. It is beneficial for muscle recovery and athletic performance.

Many pro athletes and trainers all over the world have made red light therapy an integral component of their workout regimens. And there’s an extensive amount of evidence-based research showing that red light therapy prevents the onset of muscle soreness, pain, inflammation, and fatigue post-workout, and enhances muscle recovery and growth. All of this adds up to fewer injuries and overall enhanced athletic performance.

5. It can enhance your energy and overall health.

As we mentioned earlier, red light therapy stimulates the mitochondria. The mitochondria are known as the powerhouses of the cells and are responsible for energy production in the form of ATP (adenosine triphosphate). As we age, our mitochondria become more sluggish, resulting in lower energy levels and a slower metabolism. Mitochondria use light to produce this energy, so as they are stimulated to produce more ATP, the body is able to repair, heal, rejuvenate and function at an optimal level.

How Red Light Therapy Changed My Life

At Avanti Body in Vacaville, CA, we are in the business of changing lives. Red and near-infrared therapy has the power to not only improve your body, but also your whole life. But don’t just take our word for it. Read this testimonial from one of our customers to learn more about the benefits of red light therapy:

“My journey of transformation began one short year ago. At 57 years old I found myself at 252 lbs, suffering from arthritis and facing a hip replacement. What??! How had things gotten to this point?! I knew the answer … I had gotten myself into this mess, and I had better figure a way out. So after a mini-meltdown, I decided to take a medical leave of absence from my executive-level job and work on me!

A dear friend had been telling me about some red light system she had at her spa in Eureka, CA and some “shakey” machine. Quite frankly, I wasn’t paying attention and that cost me another year of suffering and weight gain. But now at the end of my rope, I opened up my ears and mind and finally took her counsel. (Thank you, God, for my dear friend Susan Santche!)

Fast forward a year and my life has been forever changed for the better.

First of all, I swear I am aging backward! I have been using red and near-infrared light therapy for one year. After my initial six red light therapy sessions, I no longer had pain in my hips. I even found I was no longer locked up in my hip flexor. Wow! With results like this who wouldn’t jump in for more? So I got serious and started using red light for fat loss, pain, inflammation, skin rejuvenation, sleep, and overall health. THE RESULTS ARE AMAZING. I have lost over 38 inches of fat from my body, I am down 55 lbs as of New Years 2020. My doctor can’t believe the improvement in my hip, and of course, is very pleased with my continued weight loss. I just keep shrinking!

In order for the light to really do its job emulsifying and releasing fat from the fat cells it best to have the light directly against the skin. At Avanti Body, you are wrapped in a cocoon of red light. It’s warm, relaxing and rejuvenating. I just love it!”

Red Light Therapy for Hair Loss

Red light therapy is a safe, effective, and natural treatment option for hair loss that has been gaining popularity recently. Backed by a strong base of research, red light treatments have been shown to increase hair count, density, thickness, and strength for men and women alike. At Avanti Body in Vacaville, CA, we understand that hair loss can be embarrassing and even downright depressing, so we are excited to share this with you. In today’s post we’ll look at some of the research on red light therapy for hair loss.

What Causes Hair Loss?

Hair loss can be brought about by a number of different factors including heredity, hormonal changes, medical conditions, and medications. Anyone can experience hair loss, but it’s more common in men. Baldness typically refers to excessive hair loss from the scalp, although it can affect any part of the body. Hereditary hair loss that occurs with aging is the most common cause of baldness. Known as androgenetic alopecia (AGA), it affects 50% of males by age 50 and 50% of females by age 80. When you hear the term male pattern baldness (or female pattern baldness), it refers to androgenetic alopecia.

Red Light Therapy for Hair Loss

This 2014 study looked at 44 men with androgenetic alopecia. The participants in the study received red light therapy at 655 nanometers for 16 weeks—the study showed “significantly improved hair counts.”

Similarly, a 2017 systematic literature review found an “overall improvement in hair regrowth, thickness, and patient satisfaction following LLLT therapy.” The reviewers stated that it is a promising noninvasive alternative to surgical and medical therapy for hair loss.

A 2018 randomized, double-blind study took 100 patients with AGA and gave each red light treatments on one-half of their scalps. The other side of their scalps were treated with sham (placebo) light therapy. After 24 weeks of treatment, the sides that were treated with RLT showed significantly greater hair coverage than the sham light-treated side. There was also a significant improvement in hair thickness, hair count, and hair coverage.

A 2019 meta-analysis reviewed the results of 8 different studies that researched red light therapy for hair loss. “The quantitative analysis showed a significant increase in hair density for those treated by LLLT versus the placebo group.” This review found RLT to be an effective treatment for androgenetic alopecia in both men and women.

Commonly Asked Questions about Red Light Therapy, Part 2

At Avanti Body in Vacaville, CA, we are passionate about the benefits of red light therapy (RLT) and all the ways it can improve your body and overall quality of life. If you are new to red light therapy, or just want to know more, we’ve compiled some answers to commonly asked questions about red light therapy that we’ve received from our clients. And in case you missed Part 1 of this series, be sure to check it out here

1. What is red light therapy used for?

Red light therapy is truly a full-body treatment. Every inch of your skin that is exposed to the light will reap the many benefits. Red light exposure can help:

  • Repair sun damage
  • Decrease inflammation
  • Support weight loss & stubborn fat loss
  • Fade scars and stretch marks
  • Diminish wrinkles
  • Improve the health of joints
  • Enhance muscle recovery
  • Boost athletic performance
  • Stimulate hair growth
  • Promote the healing of wounds
  • Support the immune system
  • Assist the detoxifying processes of the body
  • Improve circulation
  • Encourage collagen production
  • Reduce eczema, rosacea, acne…and more

2. Is RLT similar to tanning?

No—unlike salon tanning beds, red light therapy does not use harmful ultraviolet (UV) light that can damage the skin and cause cells to mutate. Red and near infrared light also do not produce heat like a tanning bed does.

3. Is RLT similar to laser treatments?

No, red light therapy does not have the potential to cause the same damage that laser therapy does. Laser treatments use a concentrated beam of light to remove tissue. Red light therapy penetrates into the cells, stimulating the mitochondria to produce ATP.

4. How long do the results last?

Each body and each condition is different, so results will vary, but it is best to keep up with maintenance treatments after you achieve the results you are looking for.

5. Can I continue using my skincare products?

Absolutely! Just be sure to clean your face before coming in to your appointment as some products can block the light or cause mild irritation to the skin. Then, continue with your skincare routine as usual at home. However, we think you’ll find red light therapy to be much more effective than any topical products on the market when it comes to anti-aging benefits

6. What is the difference between red light and blue light therapy?

Blue light has a shorter wavelength than red light on the electromagnetic spectrum. Blue light therapy is delivered in the 400-nanometer range. There is an inverse relationship between wavelength and energy, so this means it contains more energy than red light. This form of light therapy transfers blue light to the skin using specialized LED lamps. These are the main conditions that blue light therapy is used to treat:

  • Acne
  • Sun damage (prevents skin cancer from forming)
  • Depression and seasonal affective disorder (SAD)

What is the Difference Between Red Light Therapy and Infrared Saunas?

A common question that we receive here at Avanti Body is: “what is the difference between red light therapy and infrared saunas?” Saunas and red light therapy are both natural treatments that provide numerous health benefits, but they work very differently. In today’s post, we’ll explore how each therapy works and some of the key differences between the two.

How do Saunas Work?

Saunas work by emitting dry heat, which raises your body’s core temperature. All of the health benefits that saunas provide rely on inducing thermal stress in your body. It’s kind of like when you have a fever, as this is the body’s way of healing itself. The heat can be delivered either by convection or with infrared light.

  • Traditional Saunas: Traditional saunas are heated by warming the air inside the sauna through convection—temperatures usually reach between 150 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. These often have rocks, and some people like to pour water on them to raise the humidity levels in the sauna.
  • Infrared Saunas: Unlike traditional saunas, infrared saunas don’t heat the air, but actually heat the objects inside the sauna room, including you! These saunas use far infrared wavelengths to deliver heat directly into your body. Infrared saunas provide heat at a lower temperature than traditional saunas (120-140 degrees Fahrenheit). Check out our post on the differences between red, near infrared, and far infrared wavelengths to learn more.

What are the Health Benefits of Infrared Saunas?

More research still needs to be done on the health benefits of infrared saunas, but users report similar benefits to traditional saunas, which have been used for thousands of years. Most of these benefits come from increased cardiovascular function caused by the heat. They include:

  • Relief from insomnia
  • Relaxation
  • Detox
  • Weight loss
  • Reduced muscle pain and soreness
  • Decreased joint pain
  • Improved circulation
  • Relief from chronic fatigue syndrome
  • Lower blood pressure

Red Light Therapy vs. Infrared Saunas

For starters, infrared saunas use heat to work, whereas red light therapy emits almost no heat. As we talked about earlier, infrared saunas heat your body through the use of far infrared wavelengths. The Avanti Body System uses red and near-infrared wavelengths, which penetrate your cells, stimulating your mitochondria—without the use of heat. This is an important distinction. Red and near-infrared wavelengths give your cells energy without the stress on your cardiovascular system.

The Bottom Line

Infrared saunas can be used in conjunction with red light therapy, but they can’t provide all of the same benefits as red light therapy, so are not a replacement for it—as you can see there is a significant difference between red light therapy and infrared saunas and the benefits they provide.

Blue Light vs. Red Light Therapy

At Avanti Body in Vacaville, CA, we are passionate about light! All light is made up of different wavelengths on the electromagnetic spectrum. Visible light ranges from red, which has longer wavelengths, to violet, which has shorter wavelengths. Each wavelength corresponds with a different color of the rainbow. Some of these specific wavelengths can be beneficial to our health in the form of light therapy. Red and blue light are the two most studied light therapies, but what are the differences between the two? Here at Avanti Body, we specialize in red light therapy, but to help you understand how they differ, here is our guide to blue light vs. red light.

What is Blue Light?

Blue light has a shorter wavelength than red light on the electromagnetic spectrum. Blue light therapy is delivered in the 400-nanometer range. There is an inverse relationship between wavelength and energy, so this means it contains more energy than red light. Sunlight is a natural source of blue light and this used to be our only exposure to it. However, we are now constantly exposed to artificial sources of blue light through fluorescent and LED lighting, as well as through our screens.

Natural blue light is beneficial to the body because our circadian rhythms (sleep-wake cycles) rely on it. Blue light signals the brain to turn off melatonin production. It’s great for mental and physical health, but only when we are exposed to it during the day. Being exposed to artificial blue light through our lighting and technology after the sun goes down, is problematic. Because blue light suppresses melatonin, watching TV and playing on our phones is throwing off our entire hormonal system. Melatonin is needed not only to get a proper night’s sleep, but also to produce other hormones.

Blue Light Therapy

This form of light therapy transfers blue light to the skin using specialized LED lamps. These are the main conditions that blue light therapy is used to treat:

  • Acne
  • Sun damage (prevents skin cancer from forming)
  • Depression and seasonal affective disorder (SAD)

What are Red and Near-Infrared Light?

Red and near-infrared light are towards the other end of the electromagnetic spectrum so they have longer wavelengths than blue light, but contain less energy. Red light is delivered in the mid-600 nanometer range, and near-infrared light in the mid-800s. Near-infrared wavelengths are longer than those on the visible spectrum, and so they are invisible to the human eye. We use a combination of both red and near-infrared light here at Avanti Body to achieve maximum results.

Red light actually promotes melatonin production, rather than suppressing it. Specific wavelengths of red light create a biochemical effect in our cells that serves to increase mitochondrial function. This stimulates ATP production in the body, which provides energy for every cell in the body. Without ATP production, our bodies can’t function at all. Without enough of it, they can’t function optimally.

Red light can be extremely healing, but many of us are not exposed to enough red light, as blue light from our computers, phones, and TVs now dominates our evenings. This is why we need red light therapy!

What is Red Light Therapy?

Check out our blog post on red light therapy for detailed information about how it works. Red light has been shown to be a therapeutic treatment for:

  • Weight loss
  • Inflammation

  • Natural
  • Safe
  • Well-tolerated
  • Painless

The FDA has approved red light therapy for several conditions and is currently looking into more applications of the therapy. It has even been used by NASA. Check out this blog post for the history of red light therapy.

Side Effects

Unlike salon tanning beds, red light therapy does not use harmful ultraviolet (UV) light that can damage the skin and cause cells to mutate. Because of this, there is typically no risk of side effects from undergoing RLT. However, a novice practitioner or someone who overuses the treatment may cause tissue and cell damage. That’s why Avanti Body offers free consultation to discuss individual needs and proper protocol.

This 2014 study concluded that “the non-invasive nature and almost complete absence of side-effects encourages further testing in dermatology.”

Precautions

Does Red Light Therapy Work?

You may have heard about red light therapy and its natural health benefits—but does red light therapy work, or is it too good to be true? The short answer is: yes, it actually works! In today’s post we will talk about the extensive amount of research that has been published over the last three decades on the effectiveness of red and near infrared light therapy. At Avanti Body in Vacaville, CA, we are passionate about the science of red light therapy and all that it can do for your health!

The History of Red Light Therapy

Red light therapy has been around for over 100 years. In 1903, physician Niels Ryberg Finsen won the Nobel Prize in Medicine after successfully treating lupus with concentrated light rays, which is now known as red light therapy. His work paved the way for future research and by the 1960s light therapy was being used in Eastern Europe for the treatment of chronic pain, arthritis, joint rehabilitation, and soft-tissue injuries. Red light therapy has been used in a clinical setting since the 1980s in Japan, China, Canada, Northern Ireland, Vietnam, Latin America, and Eastern Europe.

It wasn’t until the early 1990s that it started getting more attention in the U.S. NASA scientists found that the intense light from red light-emitting diodes (LEDs) helped promote growth and photosynthesis of plant cells. This enabled them to grow plants in space, which then prompted scientists to research the medical applications of red light therapy. NASA’s findings demonstrated significant health benefits from specific wavelengths of red light. Since that discovery, the medical community has been researching the use of red light therapy extensively.

The Research

In the last thirty years there have been hundreds of peer-reviewed clinical trials and laboratory studies conducted on light therapy, many of which have been published in major scientific and medical journals. Studies have shown that red light therapy is safe and effective for many different conditions. The FDA has approved red light therapy for the treatment of joint pain and the reduction of wrinkles, and it is currently exploring the wound-healing applications of red light therapy.

To give you an idea of the research that is out there, here are just a few of the studies that have been published:

Skin and Aging

  • This study found that light therapy using light emitting diodes (including red light therapy), is useful in treating various skin conditions, like acne, surgical wounds following plastic surgery, actinic keratosis, and certain skin cancers.
  • A 2006 study showed that near infrared LED light “represents a novel, noninvasive, therapeutic intervention for the treatment of numerous diseases linked to mitochondrial dysfunction, including age-related macular degeneration, Leber’s hereditary optic neuropathy, and Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s disease.”

Wound Healing

  • This 2004 study found that near infrared light therapy, along with hyperbaric oxygen, greatly enhances the body’s natural wound healing process and helps bring injured patients back to their normal level of functioning much more quickly.

Pain/Inflammation

  • A 2017 study showed that photobiomodulation, or red and near infrared light therapy, has the ability to reduce inflammation, particularly in disorders of the joints, traumatic injuries, lung disorders, and in the brain.

Visit Avanti Body

So as you can see, the answer to the question—does red light therapy work?—is yes! Red light therapy has a wealth of evidence-based research to back it up. And we barely skimmed the surface of the research. This is why we are so excited about red light therapy! If you have more questions about the research or the therapy itself, please give us a call at Avanti Body in Vacaville, CA today to set up an appointment. RED LIGHT RELIEVES INFLAMMATION

Yes! Red Light Therapy relieves inflammation which is the leading cause of discomfort.

It seems inconceivable that simply shining a red light on your body can relieve pain, yet scientifically-valid evidence of the benefits of red light therapy for pain and inflammation is growing.

The anti-inflammatory properties of red light therapy have had widespread success in alleviating pain in many people. If you have back pain, neck pain or sciatica red light may help reduce inflammation and discomfort and restore a healthy range of motion.

Research suggests that red and near-infrared light are highly effective in treating chronic inflammation by suppressing and dramatically reducing inflammation throughout the body. Red light helps in decreasing inflammation where mitochondria are present in the tissue, joints and other organs of the body.

Reduce Stubborn Fat: Sono Bello vs Coolsculpting vs Red Light Therapy

These days, there seems to be an endless number of ways to lose weight and “get your body bikini-ready.” Yet, no matter how much you diet and exercise, there are always areas of fat that you just can’t seem to get rid of.

Until recently, the only way to get rid of these stubborn bulges was through painful, invasive surgery. With long recovery times and the risk of potential complications, these procedures just weren’t an option for many people.

Thankfully, technology and techniques have advanced significantly over the past few years. Today, you have many more options for fat reduction that are safer and far less invasive than before. To help you find the best option, we’ve compared Coolsculpting, Sono Bello laser liposuction, and Avanti Body’s red light therapy below.

What is Sono Bello?

Sono Bello is a minimally invasive laser liposuction treatment. For this procedure, patients are placed under local anesthesia to numb the pain. The clinician then makes a small incision to access the targeted fat cells, which are then melted with a tiny laser and removed. Because this treatment is invasive, unlike the other options covered in this article, patients typically need a few days to recover and often experience significant swelling. Many clinicians also recommend waiting a few weeks before returning to strenuous activity.

Sono Bello is generally more painful than coolsculpting or red light therapy, but it does offer more immediate results and only requires one treatment. These results often continue to improve over time, offering improvements over up to six months. Costs vary, but Sono Bello laser liposuction usually costs more than other therapies due to the added surgeon’s fees, anesthesia, and operating room costs.

What is Coolsculpting?

Coolsculpting is a non-invasive procedure that uses a specialized applicator to freeze and kill the targeted fat cells. The body removes the dead cells in the weeks and months following the procedure, reducing the fatty areas. After the procedure, many patients immediately return to their normal activities with little-to-no downtime. For the best results, many clinicians recommend 2-3 coolsculpting treatments spread out over several weeks.

Since coolsculpting relies on your body to remove the dead fat cells, results are less immediate than those seen with laser liposuction. Results can also vary depending on the number of treatments, but typically continue to improve over several months.

What is Avanti Body’s red light therapy?

Avanti Body’s red light therapy uses specialized pads placed on the patient’s targeted areas to transmit different wavelengths of red light. When stimulated by this light, the fat cells’ membranes open up and release their fatty contents. This shrinks fat cells and allows the body to remove the unwanted fat, slimming stubborn fat bulges. This non-invasive treatment has no risks or side effects, allowing patients to immediately resume daily activities without discomfort.

When using Avanti Body’s red light therapy, many patients see long-lasting results after just one session, though multiple sessions are recommended for the best results. This therapy is also known to increase elastin and collagen in the skin, which further increases the tightness and slimming of the targeted area.

What is Red Light Therapy?

It wasn’t long ago that red light therapy (RLT) was largely dismissed as a smoke and mirrors type of health and wellness treatment, with no real medical backing to lend it credit. Recently, however, the value of this therapeutic treatment has become more and more recognized in the United States by authorities in medical schools, scholarly journals, the press and media, medical practitioners, and therapists alike. As you’ll read in this article, the immense physical and medical benefits of red light therapy are why we created the Avanti Body System. So what exactly is red light therapy?

What is red light therapy?

The health benefits of light therapy have been well known since the time of the ancient Greeks. But when it comes to seeking out particular benefits, not all light in the spectrum will have the same effect. According to one peer-reviewed study, “light in the spectral range from 600 to 1300 nm is useful for promoting wound healing, tissue repair, and skin rejuvenation.”

That’s where red light therapy comes in. Also known as photobiomodulation (PBM) or low-level light therapy (LLLT), red and near-infrared light therapy uses light that is naturally found in the ranges of 630-670 and 810-880nm. At these wavelengths, clients can experience safe light exposure, free from UV light, and receive optimal health benefits.

How does red light therapy work?

All living things need light to create ATP (cellular energy). Mitochondria, known as the powerhouses of the cell, use light to produce this energy, which helps the body repair, heal, rejuvenate and function at an optimal level.

Unlike other laser therapies that intentionally cause controlled damage to the skin to induce the body’s healing process, red light and near-infrared light therapy directly stimulate the healing and repair of the skin, with no damage done! These light wavelengths penetrate 8-10 millimeters—about a third of an inch—under the skin and affect the cells of all surrounding tissue, including blood vessels, lymph nodes, fat cells, nerves, and hair follicles.

What are the benefits of red light therapy?

Red light therapy is truly a full-body treatment. Every inch of your skin that is exposed to the light will reap the many benefits. Red light exposure can help:

  • Repair sun damage
  • Decrease inflammation
  • Support weight loss & stubborn fat loss
  • Fade scars and stretch marks
  • Diminish wrinkles
  • Improve the health of joints
  • Enhance muscle recovery
  • Boost athletic performance
  • Stimulate hair growth
  • Promote the healing of wounds
  • Support the immune system
  • Assist the detoxifying processes of the body
  • Improve circulation
  • Encourage collagen production
  • Reduce eczema, rosacea and acne…and the list goes on

What can I expect at a red light therapy treatment?

Each red light therapy session with the Avanti Body System consists of thirty minutes of red light, received by medical-grade LEDs, accompanied by an Avanti Blue TGI meditation. While the energy of the red light goes to work on your body, you can relax comfortably as you enjoy a guided meditation.

Your session will be followed by ten minutes on the Avanti Vibe whole body vibration system, which will leave you feeling invigorated and ready to tackle the rest of your day.
