To Our Valued Guests,

We are delighted to be back for services on June 15th (unless the County decides otherwise)! We are ready and we know that you are too! We want to thank you for our patience and loyalty and, to those of you that could not wait, we’ll fix it!

We all know that COVID -19 is rapidly changing and so are the rules. Here is what we will be doing to ensure your safety and the safety of our staff:

  • Please come to your appointment alone. No additional guests or children.
  • According to COVID-19 regulations, we will be taking each clients temperature when you arrive. If your temperature is 99.9 or higher, we will ask that you reschedule at least 14 days out
  • We will ask that you complete a questionnaire and sign a Client Consent form upon arrival.
  • We will be working with a limited staff to help maintain social distancing between styling stations.
  • Please no large handbags. Bring only what you can hold in your lap.
  • We will not be offering any beverages at this time so please feel free to bring a beverage with you if you so choose.
  • Waxing and other spa services will not be provided until allowed by the governor’s office.
  • Everyone (clients & staff) is required to wear a mask. If you do not have a mask, we will provide one.
  • Please provide a 48-hour notice if you need to cancel. We will be happy to reschedule your appointment at a later date.
  • We have a sanitation station set outside our door and ask that you sanitize your hands before entering the spa.
  • We have an active sanitation process and checklist in place. We will be sanitizing the styling stations, restrooms, doorknobs, surfaces, etc., throughout the day.
  • The salon will be disinfected every evening at close.
  • We will all keep our distance, so we are asking that for right now, no hugs, or handshakes or any unnecessary touching.
  • Clean towels and smocks will be used for each client and staff.

Our primary goal is to make sure you and our team are safe, and we will do whatever we can to make this work for all of us. We know this is a lot of information. If you have any questions or concerns about anything, please don’t hesitate to ask.

We are now taking appointments! Call us at (707) 640-2639 to book your salon service. Upon making your appointment, we will be taking a credit card to hold on file make it easier for checkout. If you choose to use another form of payment, let us know when you arrive.
